My story
I have always been drawn to something bigger. Not just success, not just impact—but a life that mattered.
For years, I searched for it in every way imaginable: faith, personal development, entrepreneurship. I studied the Bible, joined Amway, moved across the country, got married, got divorced, and rebuilt my life over and over again. I followed paths that made sense, but they always led me back to the same question: What else is truly possible?
That question saved my life.
At my lowest moment, alone in my farmhouse, I collapsed into the grass, sobbing—ready to leave this world. But a single absurd thought stopped me: How would they get my heavy, waterlogged body down the stairs? In that moment of pause, something deeper inside me cried out. And the universe answered.
Days later, I met a woman who introduced me to a whole new world of healing and awareness. That led me to Access Consciousness, to The Christel Crawford Show, the True Mental Health Show, to coaching, to entrepreneurship, to multi-six-figure success—and eventually, to realizing I was still playing too small.
Meeting Steven and Chutisa Bowman cracked something open in me. They weren’t just successful; they embodied ease, impact, and choice at a level I had never seen. They weren’t hustling for success; they were being it. And for the first time, I saw what was possible beyond small classes and a comfortable business—I saw true leadership.
And that’s when I understood:
I had been leading all along.
I’ve led myself through reinvention, risk, collapse, and expansion—not by following the rules, but by trusting what I know, taking the next step, and experimenting with what’s possible. And that’s what I teach others now.
Leadership isn’t about strategy, tactics, or frameworks. It’s about the ability to follow your knowing, take action before proof exists, and trust yourself to create what has never been created before.

My story
There was a time when I felt completely disconnected—from myself, from my community, from the life I thought I was building. My divorce was a catalyst for change, but it wasn’t until I entered a toxic relationship that I truly hit rock bottom. I was in survival mode, seeking external validation, trying to piece together a life that no longer fit. I thought love would save me, but what I really needed was to save myself.
The turning point came when I finally let go—of unhealthy relationships, of the need to please, of the version of myself that wasn’t truly me. I realized that everything I was looking for externally—security, love, clarity—was already within me. I just had to stop running and listen.
I began prioritizing my son, my health, my boundaries. I embraced solitude, reconnected with nature, and discovered the healing power of breathwork, meditation, and deep reflection. I read, I journaled, I asked hard questions. And through it all, I started having conversations—real, raw conversations that led to the birth of The Connectors Podcast in 2022.
Now, I help others navigate their own reinventions. I guide them to find their voice, to embrace their personal power, and to step into leadership—not just in business, but in life. Because I know what it’s like to feel lost, and I also know what it takes to rebuild.
This journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up fully, learning from every challenge, and using those lessons as a north star. It’s about becoming the leader of your own life.
